Sales Navigator plans and prices

Plan Monthly Yearly Built for
Core US$119.99 US$1,079.88 Individual sellers
Advanced US$159.99 US$1,799.88 Sales teams
Advanced Plus Custom Custom Teams with CRM sync

Per license, from LinkedIn's plan page (updated August 2026; estimates that may exclude VAT). Some older articles still quote $99.99 for Core.

Every plan includes 50 InMail credits a month (up to 150 banked), advanced search filters, custom lists, alerts and room for 10,000 saved leads and accounts. Advanced adds CSV upload, Smart Links, buyer intent, shared lists and searches, and TeamLink Extend. Advanced Plus adds CRM sync (Sales Navigator Help).

Step 1: Save your target accounts

Start with companies, not people. Use Account filters (industry, headcount, location, growth, technologies) to build a list of companies that fit your ideal customer, then Save them to an account list (LinkedIn guide).

Step 2: Find the right people

Switch to Lead filters and narrow by function, seniority and persona within your saved accounts. Two filters worth using early:

  • Changed jobs in the past 90 days: LinkedIn says decision-makers are "62% more receptive to outreach once they've made that move."
  • Posted on LinkedIn recently: active people are more likely to see and answer you.

Not on Sales Navigator yet? Our free LinkedIn X-ray search tool finds public profiles by title and location through Google, a quick way to test who's out there before you pay.

Step 3: Save leads to lists

Save good matches to a lead list per campaign or segment. Saved leads show up in your home feed with news, job changes and posts, which gives you natural reasons to reach out.

Step 4: Save your searches

Save each lead search so Sales Navigator emails you new people who match each week (Sales Navigator Help). This turns one search into a steady stream of prospects.

Step 5: Reach out

  • Connect with 2nd-degree leads (free, but within invitation limits).
  • InMail people you can't invite; you get the credit back if they reply within 90 days. See InMail vs messages.
  • TeamLink (Advanced) highlights coworkers who can introduce you, which beats any cold message.

Tips that save time

  1. Keep searches tight. 200 great leads beat 2,000 loose ones.
  2. Use the "Posted recently" and "Changed jobs" filters to prioritize.
  3. Check for Open Profile before spending an InMail credit.
  4. Don't sit on lists. Leads go stale; reach out within a week or two of saving them.
