Terms and Conditions for Wingflow

Welcome to Wingflow.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://wingflow.ai and the Wingflow service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wingflow is a cloud workspace for LinkedIn outreach. Find prospects, build personal LinkedIn outreach sequences, and manage every reply from one workspace.
We may add, change or remove features. The Service is provided over the internet; you need a compatible browser and a LinkedIn account you are allowed to use.
Wingflow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and able to form a contract. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may connect one or more LinkedIn accounts that you own or are authorised to operate. You must not connect someone else's account without their permission.
3. Using LinkedIn through Wingflow
You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms, limits and acceptable-use rules. Wingflow helps you stay inside daily limits, working hours and other controls you set, but no automation tool can promise that a LinkedIn account will never be restricted.
You decide what to send. You must not use the Service to spam, harass, scrape at scale beyond what the Service provides, misrepresent who you are, or send unlawful or misleading messages.
4. Your content and our software
You keep ownership of the contacts, messages and other content you put into Wingflow. You give us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We own the Service, the software and the Wingflow brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not resell, copy, reverse-engineer or provide the Service to third parties as if it were your own product, except where we have agreed that in writing (for example a team or agency plan).
5. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor in advance, on the interval shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it.
If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until it is resolved.
6. Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://wingflow.ai/privacy-policy. That includes name, email address, payment details (processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers), and the LinkedIn and campaign data needed to run your outreach.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outreach depends on LinkedIn, your connected accounts and third-party providers. We are not liable for lost conversations, account restrictions on LinkedIn, or results (meetings, replies or revenue) you hoped to get.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or put other users or LinkedIn accounts at risk. After closure we will delete or anonymise your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local courts if the law gives you that right.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page. If a change is material, we will email the address on your account. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
